Subject: The future of business computing

I work for the oldest continuously operating company in America, and the
first traded on the New York Stock Exchange — Bowne & Co. (BNE). Like
most corporations, they are exclusively WinPC-based. However, I have
found it almost seamless working on my PowerBook G4. With Office v.X,
the transfer of Excel, Powerpoint and Word documents is transparent, and
with programs such as Personal Organizer, I have business tools that are
superior to WinPC products. Our company uses Lotus Notes, and Lotus has
committed to developing for the OS X operating environment. Seamless.

In corporate meetings, I have actually “saved the day” by having the
ability to hook up to projection systems on the fly and allow people to
present when their WinPC’s weren’t so friendly. By far a superior
product for networking, presenting, mobile computing and user interface,
there is no doubt that Mac OS X should be the future of business
computing.
